As we all know, fresh storage can inhibit the activity of microorganisms and enzymes, and prolong the long shelf life of fruits and vegetables.
The temperature of fruits and vegetables in fresh storage is 3℃~15℃. Fresh storage can reduce the incidence of pathogenic bacteria and the rotten rate of fruits, slow down the process of respiration and metabolism of fruits, and finally prevent decay and extend the shelf life.
The fresh storage generally adopts 100mm sandwich warehouse board, which is filled with polyurethane insulation material, and the two sides are made of plastic-coated color steel plate or stainless steel plate.
